Horizon

See every renewal before it hits your card

Track every subscription and renewal — add them yourself, or connect Gmail or Outlook and let Horizon suggest them from receipts. No bank linking.

You decide what gets tracked. Approve each billing cycle on your terms and never lose sight of spend.

How it works

Three quiet steps. Full control stays with you.

  1. 01

    Add or capture

Enter each subscription once — name, amount, and billing cycle. No bank connection required. On Pro, connect an inbox and Horizon suggests them from receipts.

  2. 02

    Get reminded

See renewals approaching with clear days-left signals before anything charges.

  3. 03

    Approve on your terms

Confirm each cycle consciously so surprise charges and zombie spend stay visible.

Built for deliberate spend

Less autopilot. More intention around recurring money.

No bank linking

Horizon never connects to your bank, and your credentials stay out of the app. Optionally, Pro can read receipt emails from an inbox you connect.

Cycle approval

Treat every renewal as a decision — keep what earns its place, cut what doesn't.

Spend visibility

See what's coming next and how much of the cycle you've already burned through.

Optional · Pro

Inbox capture from Gmail and Outlook

Pro users can optionally connect Gmail or Outlook so Horizon can suggest subscriptions from receipts — automatically, with you always in control.

Read-only access

Horizon requests only the gmail.readonly scope, and only when you choose to connect Gmail. It reads messages to find subscription and renewal receipts.

Only the receipt details

From those receipts it extracts the merchant, amount, currency, charge date and billing cycle — nothing else is kept.

You confirm every capture

Nothing becomes a tracked subscription until you review and approve it on your Inbox page.

Never writes to your mailbox

Horizon never sends, deletes, modifies or labels email. It cannot touch anything else in your account.

Disconnect anytime

Settings → Inboxes revokes Google or Microsoft access and deletes the stored tokens.

FAQ

Straight answers about how Horizon handles renewals and privacy.

You can track everything manually. If you choose to connect Gmail or Outlook (Pro), Horizon reads only receipt emails with read-only access so it can suggest subscriptions for you to confirm. We never link bank accounts, and you can disconnect your inbox anytime.
Before a renewal hits, you consciously confirm you still want it. That keeps zombie subscriptions from drifting unnoticed.
Yes. Set the billing cycle when you add a subscription so countdown rings match how you're actually billed.
Yes. Free covers core tracking, timeline, Today agenda, and multi-currency totals for up to 10 subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited items, advanced analytics, custom tags and categories, dashboard customization, and timeline PIN locks.
Your subscription records live in your Horizon account. We don't sell personal data or require bank access.
Only what you connect it for. Horizon uses read-only access to find receipt emails and extract the merchant, amount, currency and charge date, and you confirm every capture before it is tracked. We never use Gmail data for advertising, never sell or transfer it, and never use it to train AI models. Humans do not read your mail, you can delete your captures anytime, and disconnecting revokes access and deletes the stored tokens. Details are in the privacy policy.
